What is Arena Training

Coached. Roster-capped. Programmed.

Arena Training is GÜDSPORT's coach-led training program. Every session is designed and programmed by certified coaches who adjust every movement to your level in real time. Classes run on 4-week programming cycles so you can track progress and see measurable improvement. Group training with individual attention. Built for athletes at every level, from first barbell rep to competition prep.

Roster Capped

16 athletes per session. Every rep is seen.

60 Minutes

Structured warm-up to cooldown. In, out, back to your day.

Programmed

4-week cycles. Tracked weights. Measurable progress.

Coached

NSCA, NASM, ACE certified. Form corrections every set.

Four Class Formats

The system

Three formats build the foundation. The fourth tests it. All four suitable for every fitness level. Coaches scale every movement up or down.

Push • Power

DRIVE

Pushing movements. Explosive power.

Pressing, squatting, and explosive power work. DRIVE builds the strength you need to push through resistance, whether that is a heavy barbell or the final stretch of a race.

Pull • Durability

ANCHOR

Pulling strength. Structural resilience.

Rows, deadlifts, carries, and grip work. ANCHOR develops the posterior chain strength and structural resilience that prevents injury and keeps you training consistently.

Hypertrophy • Detail

FORGE

Build the muscle that supports everything.

Higher volume, controlled tempos, and targeted muscle work. FORGE is where you build the muscle that supports your strength, power, and durability work in DRIVE and ANCHOR.

Test • Compete

GAMEDAY

Prove what you've built.

Benchmark sessions that bring DRIVE, ANCHOR, and FORGE together. Time trials, paired workouts, and structured tests of your fitness. GAMEDAY is where you find out what the programming has built.

Inside Every Session

Four quarters. One result.

Every Arena Training session follows the same structured progression. No guessing. No filler.

  • Q1 · 8 min

    Dynamic Warm-Up

Movement activation and joint prep. Ready every system before you load.

QUESTIONS, ANSWERED

BEFORE YOU LOCK IN.

No. Every class and every exercise has regressions for beginners and progressions for advanced athletes. Our coaches meet you where you are. We have athletes who had never touched a weight before their first session, training alongside former college athletes. The programming works for both.

Arena Training sessions run 50 to 60 minutes, including warm-up and cooldown. Four structured quarters: warm-up, power, strength, and conditioning.

Capped at 16 athletes. Coaches give real feedback and corrections every set. You will never feel like a number in a crowd.

Wear athletic clothing you can move in and clean indoor training shoes. Bring a water bottle. Towels and all equipment are provided.

Yes. We have a 12-hour cancellation policy. Cancel through the GÜDSPORT app or website if your plans change.

Pushing movements and force production. Think pressing, squatting, and explosive power work. DRIVE builds the strength you need to push through resistance, whether that's a heavy barbell or the final stretch of a race.

Pulling movements and durability. Rows, deadlifts, carries, and grip work. ANCHOR develops the posterior chain strength and structural resilience that prevents injury and keeps you training consistently.

Hypertrophy and physique-focused training. Higher volume, controlled tempos, and targeted muscle work. FORGE is where you build the muscle that supports everything else.
